Terrineecia Williams, a 24-year-old musician from Centreville, Mississippi, has always known that she was meant for something greater than her upbringing. Growing up, she faced difficult challenges, including being molested by someone close to her family. She channeled her pain into writing and recording music, and it soon became her passion.
Discovering Music as a Form of Healing
In May 2021, Terrineecia released her first EP, “F**k Around,” which features a single of the same name. The song resonated with her and helped her realize her purpose in music. She is determined to use her powerful voice to make an impact and be heard all around the country.
While many musicians may have similar dreams, Terrineecia believes that her mindset sets her apart. She has a clear vision, goal, and ambitious mindset that sets her on a unique path to success.
A Vision for the Future
In five years, Terrineecia sees herself as a successful, 8-figure black entrepreneur with multiple streams of income, one of which is music. She is motivated by her son, who is her biggest inspiration, but also by that little girl she used to be, who went through so much for her to be where she is today.
Terrineecia’s music is unique because it is a reflection of who she is and the experiences she has gone through. Her voice is powerful and she uses it to speak her truth and connect with her listeners. Despite the difficulties she has faced, including becoming a mother at 16, Terrineecia has never let anything stop her from pursuing her dreams.
The Drive to Succeed
She has worked as a hair stylist, jewelry seller, microshading tech, and phlebotomy technician to support herself and her son, but music is her true passion. She is determined to become a wealthy and successful black woman, no matter what it takes.
