Arteria Richardson Launches Self-Love Journal and Affirmation Pens to Help Women Build Confidence

Arteria Richardson, a young entrepreneur, and mental health advocate, is on a mission to help women build self-love and self-confidence. After overcoming her own battle with depression, Richardson found solace in journaling and asking herself questions to get to the root of her feelings. This inspired her to create a 30-day journal for women to help them work through their own issues and build a positive self-image. The journal, which is available on her website, Getintuned.com/store, includes daily prompts and exercises to help individuals work through their issues and build a positive self-image.

In addition to the journal, Richardson also launched pens with positive affirmations engraved on each one. These pens serve as a daily reminder to keep going and to be kind to oneself. The affirmations, which are based on Richardson’s own personal experiences, are designed to help individuals counteract negative self-talk and build a more positive self-image.

One of the things that set Richardson apart is her transparency and honesty about her own mental health struggles. “I am very honest about what I’ve been through and how I feel, and I think that is what makes me relatable,” said Richardson. She believes that by sharing her own experiences, she can help others feel less alone and more comfortable seeking help for their own mental health issues.

Arteria Richardson’s Future Plans

In the next five years, Richardson sees her self-love journal and affirmation pens being sold in stores such as Target, Barnes & Nobles, and more. This is a big dream for the young entrepreneur, who is aware that her products are needed in the women community. After doing her research, Richardson discovered that only 4% of women actually feel confident. Her goal is to change this statistic, and she believes that with time, her business will take off.

For Richardson, her family is a major source of motivation. Growing up, her parents didn’t have it easy, and they didn’t have the resources to take advantage of the opportunities that are available now. This experience has inspired Richardson to put herself in a position to take advantage of every opportunity to build generational wealth when she has a family of her own. “I believe it’s my mission to break generational curses and build a strong foundation that can be passed down, especially as a black woman,” said Richardson.

Breaking Stigma

The black community often struggles to take mental health seriously due to fear and stigma. Richardson wants to change this and make people feel more comfortable about seeking help for their mental health issues. “I want people to know that despite what we go through, we can be happy and be anything in this world that we put our minds to,” said Richardson.

A Well-rounded Individual

As a well-rounded individual, Richardson is not just a business owner but also a model, bartender, poet, and author. She expresses herself through all of her talents, and each one of them helps her to heal and become a better person. With her unique combination of talents and her passion for mental health, Arteria Richardson is poised to make a real difference in the lives of many women.
